Management Systems Service of the Kherson Chamber of Commerce and Industry provides consultative, tutorial and informational assistance to companies and entrepreneurs on the following issues:

• management systems developing and implementing (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.);
• preparation for their certification procedure;
• selection of an independent body for management systems certification;
• seminars and trainings on management issues organizing and conducting.

All works are carried out by Chamber specialists, who have been trained in quality and environmental management systems courses registered by the International Register of Certificated Auditors – IRCA in a training centre under the International Technical Society of BUREAU VERITAS Ukraine.

In order to help Ukrainian producers to adjust to European and international standards of doing business in view of external environment changes and risks, the Kherson Chamber of Commerce and Industry is initiating in 2011 the survey and training seminars cycle named“Possibilities of enterprises’ operating efficiency improvement with management systems tools”.

Seminars are aimed at progressive managers willing to optimize the management structure, to achieve production efficiency for further saturation of the consumer market, to improve the economic and environmental results, to create a positive image among business partners, customers and inspection bodies.

Survey seminars

Quality management systems (QMSs) seminars based upon ISO 9001:2008

• International Standard ISO 9001:2008. Requirements for quality management systems development and maintaince of the developed ones in an effective state
• Principles of QMSs development and implementation at the enterprise. Quality management system construction and its documenting according to ISO 9001:2008 requirements
• QMS internal auditing. Principles of internal auditing development, implementation and performance according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and in compliance with ISO 19011:2002 recommendations

Environmental management systems seminars based upon 14001:2004

• Environmental management systems. Basic notions and requirements of ISO 14001 standard. Environmental management system ISO 14001:2004 documentation
• Environmental management system construction and its documenting according to ISO 14000 family of standards. Analysis of the enterprise’s environmental aspects

A training seminar

• QMS internal auditor according to ISO 9000 family of standards

All participants are given certificates upon completion of the seminar.
