On May 14, 2009 on the initiative of Taganrog Interregional Chamber of Commerce and Industry the 5th Assembly of International Black Sea Club Business Council was held. The IBSC Business Council was founded on September 24, 1999.

Questions on agenda were primary connected to the world economic crisis. Methods and ways of its overcoming as well as the countries’ mutual help under the conditions of the economic activity cutback were considered.

Discussion in measures of the meeting was dedicated to economic collaboration issues, development of business relationships, organization of different forums and conferences on foreign economic and business dealing issues. Measures proposed by the CCIs being the valid members of IBSC BC and aimed at support to enterprises under the conditions of the current financial situation were also on focus.

In measures of the Assembly Taganrog Interregional Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed the bilateral Cooperation Agreement with Pridnestrovie Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

This year IBSC Business Council grew with new valid member, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kamensk-Schakhtinsky city, headed by its President, Mrs. Viktoriya Yurchenko.

Today the International Black Sea Club Business Council unites 13 CCIs from of Russia, Ukraine, Abkhazia and Pridnestrovie.
