The purpose of stay of delegation of the Kherson Chamber of Commerce and Industry was discussion the ways of the further cooperation with the Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and also presentation of tourist potential and advancement of recreational possibilities of the Kherson region in the north of Russia.

During business visit the President of the Kherson Chamber of Commerce and Industry V.V. Ostroumova and the adviser of the president T.S. Brykova have met the President T.A. Horoshavina, with heads of structural divisions of the Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry, with the adviser of the Minister for affairs of youth, physical training and sports I.A. Ranninen, and also with representatives of travel agencies. During presentation of tourist and recreational possibilities of the Kherson region participants of the business meeting had possibility in details familiarize with the basic directions of tourism, and also with the most interesting offers on the organization of rest and health improvement on resorts of the Kherson region.

In business negotiations, the Omsk tourism companies have got the showcase of the following companies of health improvement and recreation of the Kherson region: the hotel complex "Admiral" (Skadovsk), the hotel complex "27 jewels" (Gelezny Port), a sanatorium for children with parents (Skadovsk), cluster "Dream Land".

The delegation have visited the Kherson CCI specialized exhibition "Sport Industry", in which took part in a round table with the presentation of the Kherson region in the sphere of health and wellness for tourism managers, educational and sporting institutions of Omsk.

According to T.A. Horoshavina, opportunities for tourism in the Kherson region are attractive the weighted pricing policy. Interest of Omsk travel companies also caused "green tourism", the main objects of which in the Kherson region is Askania Nova, the Black Sea Reserve, Delta of the Dnieper, ireland Dzharilgach (Skadovsk).
