President of Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Gennady Chyzhikov and head of National Registration Service of Ukraine Dmitry Vorona solemnly signed a cooperation agreement.

The parties decided to combine their efforts with the general purpose of promoting cooperation between businesses and authorities dealing with official registration procedures.
The Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is one of the biggest business associations which confederates 10 thousand companies and entrepreneurs. “Our cooperation with Ukrainian National Register will contribute to development of national business, in particular small and medium sized,”- said Gennady Chizhikov.

Within the signed agreement, National Registration Service of Ukraine and Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry will carry out an exchange of information on legislation and enforcement practices in the state registration system. This will allow evincing betimes problematic issues in business and effectively reacting to them. Besides, to work more effectively at improving legislation with better international practice consideration.

“Signing of this agreement allows us to bring partnership between businessmen and state authorities onto the new level based on principles of openness, availability and transparency”- said head of Ukrainian National Register Dmitry Vorona.

He also mentioned that cooperation between Ukrainian National Register and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine would contribute to distribution of information about administrative services provided in the sphere of state registration and within European Business Register, which in its turn would contribute to development of external economic relations of Ukrainian companies. Due to the agreement parties will plan to arrange mutual conferences and seminars, with topical questions about doing business in Ukraine to be discussed.
