2011.04.27-29 - business negotiations between employers of Ryazan Region and Kherson Region

The Kherson Region was visited by delegation of Ryazan employers under the cooperation agreement between Kherson and Ryazan Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The delegation was headed by Mrs. Helena Grushina, the Vice-president of Ryazan CCI.

Ryazan employers represented different spheres of economic activity, such as: electronic tubes manufacture, metal structures manufacture, manufacture of road-building machinery, communications electronics equipment, production of humous fertilizers, devices for livestock breeding complexes, grain purchase.

On the 27’s of April in a conference-hall of Kherson CCI took place a business-meeting of Ryzan employers and heads of Kherson companies. This event was oriented on establishment of direct contracts between Ukrainian and Russian businessmen, who are interested in extending of sales market and establishing of new stable partnership.

The meeting was also attended by the deputy chief of the Department of External Relations and Foreign Economic Affairs of the Kherson Regional State Administration Mrs. Inga Pavlovskaya, who highlighted the importance of interregional relations with the Russian Federation, which still remains the main trading partner of Kherson Region.

Kherson companies represented the metal-fabricating industries, instrument making and petrochemical industry, agricultural sector and fish farming.

In addition to business negotiations with Kherson businessmen, Ryazan guests had the opportunity to get acquainted with the resort features Skadovsk and Naked Havens, to visit the Biosphere Reserve “Askania Nova” and to survey a livestock breeding complex of the Experimental farm “Askaniyskoye”.

Kherson Chamber of Commerce and Industry continues to work at the development of economic ties of the Kherson Region and gathers the information from entrepreneurs in the region about their needs in finding partners from the  Commonwealth of Independent States and far abroad.
