“REAL VIENNA” is the biggest event in industrial, commercial and residential real estate sector of Central and Eastern Europe. The most famous European financial experts, lawyers, consultants and investors take part in the event each year in order to establish new business contacts. For the fourth time representatives of various cities, regions and countries meet in the expo halls to present their projects, new opportunities and services in the investment and real estate development spheres. Kherson Region was represented at the national stand arranged by The Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry together with Odessa, Mykolayiv, Dnipropetrovsk Chambers and companies from Kiev (Silver Center) and Donetsk (I&C Group).

Since 2006 which became the starting year for the Real Vienna International Real Estate Fair, the Kherson Chamber of Commerce and Industry annually presents regional investment projects to the European investors. This year, Head of Economic Development Department of Kherson Executive Committee Mrs. Natalya Kraynyk entered in the delegation.

Participation in this event makes a wonderful opportunity for Kherson investment potential presentation. «Due to our participation in “REAL VIENNA-2009” we gained a valuable experience”, - mentioned Mrs. Kraynyk. “We have got an opportunity to establish contacts with international investors ready to cooperate in projects renovation or constructing new large ones. However the main thing is that the Fair became a great motivation for our further development.” The Kherson delegation was working at the exhibit booth communicating with representatives of construction, real estate companies, trade and consulting agencies from Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Russia, Hungary, Turkey, Ukraine.

In spite of the economic crisis, about 325 exhibitors from 27 countries all over the word presented their projects and propositions. It was the first time when the Fair took two exhibition halls and swept a wide range of various spheres: investment activities, real estate and accompanying services, architecture, urban construction, etc.

Same as previous years, the Fair participants and visitors were offered with a rich programme of presentations, panel discussions, meetings with numerous professionals from different countries, attracting together with popular Real Estate Summit more and more participants.

Undoubtedly, “REAL VIENNA-2009” became an important event for every real estate professional in the Central and Eastern European countries. Participation of the Kherson Region representatives is not only an effective instrument for attracting investors, but also a wonderful opportunity for Kherson professionals’ experience exchange, important information and professional advice receipt, for establishing new contacts in investment and financial sectors.
