On October 16, in the conference hall of the Ukrainian CCI by leadership of the State Agency for Investment and National Projects afore the widely audience the project “The interactive investment map of Ukraine” was presented. , There were representatives of the Economic Ministry, the Regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the Regional Investment Centers, the Regional State Administration, the Expert Community, the Scientific Research Organizations.

The moderator of event was Kirill Bondar’, the first Deputy Director of the State Agency for Investment and National Projects of Ukraine, who informs to everyone that project is being created by State Agency for Investment and National Projects together with specialists of the project “Ukrainian Municipal Local Economic Development” with financial support of Canada Government and with cooperation of Government of Canadian Municipalities Federation. Due to this, the Ambassador of Canada in Ukraine Roman Vaschuk, the Director of the project “Ukrainian Municipal Local Economic Development” Alexander Kucherenko and other foreign representatives took part in the presentation.

The Director of Government of Investment Politic and Region Development Department of the State Investment Project of Ukraine Vasiliy Feduk noted that a creation of Ukrainian Interactive Investment Atlas will be further spreading of information about investment potential in Ukraine, and also provides to investors easy and fast access to the data they need. Besides, the electronic Investment Atlas allows to inspect ground areas and real property in Ukraine at a convenient time, from anywhere in the world.

During the broad discussion on provided elaboration participants of the event expressed different points of view. All parties converged on the fact that the project is sure useful development and can become the effective instrument of economic potential promotion and attraction investments in our State. At the same time there was emphasized the need for its timely implementing into the real business environment, providing conditions to support database project up to date, the development of its fullness useful information for investors. It has been suggested that in the practical implementation of the project it is necessary to use an experience of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and its territorial departments. 

So, the Vice-President of Ukrainian CCI Elena Podoleva noted: “The Ukrainian CCI connected about 10 thousand of enterprises throughout Ukraine. We have good working with business in all regions of Ukraine. Our key mission is reorientation of Ukrainian exports to European countries. The interactive investment map can give new opportunities for representational capacity of Ukrainian cities and Regions in the world. We are ready to contribute to the development of the project. We will do everything to make the investment go to the economy of our country. "
