The Kherson CCI announced a new competition to find a contractor for execution of works within the framework of the project “Modernization of the heating system of Grygorivka pre-school educational institution “Dzvіnochok” with installation of alternative fuel boiler (14, Novikov Av., Grygorivka village, Chaplinka rayon, Kherson region)”.

The Kherson Chamber of Commerce and Industry invites reputable licensed contractors to offer their pricing proposals for execution of works within the framework of the project “Modernization of the heating system of Grygorivka pre-school educational institution “Dzvіnochok” with installation of alternative fuel boiler (14, Novikov Av., Grygorivka village, Chaplinka rayon, Kherson region)”. The scope of work will include:

• reconstructing the maintenance building as a heating building (constructing a monolithic reinforced-concrete foundation strip; constructing strip monolithic foundations; shell rock masonry; constructing a roofing profile and a roof; designing an areaway and a channel of heat supply system; assembling door and window units; assembling louvered grille and protective grating; constructing front steps; constructing an entrance canopy; laying a foundation for the boiler and chimney neck; assembling a chimney neck; paving an apron around the heating building; etc.);
  • dismantling the solid fuel boiler (coal firing) and installing an alternative fuel boiler in the reconstructed heating building;
• re-equipment of the cellar room in Grygorivka pre-school educational institution “Dzvіnochok” in order to establish a heat supply station (dismantling current door units inside the heat supply station; assembling the door units described in the Project; constructing a concrete pit; assembling louvered gates; constructing the heat supply network; designing a channel of heat supply system; assembling new floors; restoring an apron around the heating building after designing a channel of heat supply system; etc.).

Contractors must be experienced in conducting construction and renovation works at the objects with corresponding or higher complexity profile.

The pricing proposals should remain actual within 60 (sixty) days since their determination date. The proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope to the specified address not later than at 10:00, on Friday, October 02, 2015.

Any proposals delivered after the specified time shall be returned unopened to the participants of the Competition.
