On April 12, 2017, the delegation of the Kherson CCI, headed by the President of the Chamber Victoria Ostrumova, visited the Turkish port city of Trabzon. During the visit, representatives of Chamber and business met with the leadership of the Trabzon Chamber of Commerce to discuss the prospects of bilateral cooperation aimed at creating favorable conditions for the further dynamic development of trade cooperation between the Kherson region of Ukraine and the island of Trabzon of Turkey.

The Kherson and Trabzon chambers have been maintaining long-term partnerships initiated by the signing of the Cooperation Agreement as early as 2005 and enshrined in the Protocol on the Chamber of Commerce since 2007.
