The results of the All-Ukrainian student contest of book-plate in memoriam Felix Kider were summed up at the Design Department of the Kherson National Technical University. More than 250 works from all over Ukraine were presented to the judges of the contest. For the first time, students from the Czech Republic took part in the contest which now can be rightfully considered an international one.

The significance of the Dnieper River in the development of domestic production and the natural environment of the country cannot be overemphasized: its water intake pool covers half the territory of Ukraine, and 70% of the population drinks Dnieper water.
