Development of 50 MW Boo csp power project in west Nile Area with the participation of Private Sector

Request for proposals

EETC invites the experienced local/foreign developers/Investors to Build Own Operate (Boo) csp power plant with total installed capacity of 50 MW in west Nile area under usufruct Agreement with the NREA that the area that the project land owner ship will be transferred to NREA with the area that the project without any constrains by the end of the project life-time the developers will design finance construct own and operate the plant EETC will purchase the produced electricity according to the conditions stated in the power purchase agreement (PPA)

DEVELOPERS SHOULD HAVE PREVIOUS experience in implementing, at least, three csp power plants with a least three csp power purchase Agreement (PPA)

Developers should have previous experience in implementing at least three csp power plants with a total capacity of 30 MW

THE Offers shall be submitted in two separate envelopes

Technical & financial to EETC – Head 16/11/2015 noon 12:00 offers will be delivered into two sealed envelopes only the technical envelope will be opened and the financial envelope shall remain closed till the announcement of the technical evaluation resuit the developer shall include security bond with an amount of 1 million Euro

The Bids shall be valid for 180 days starting from the operating date (late offers will be rejected).
